The SDSS Query Tool

Unzip and untar the downloaded file sdssQT.tar.gz. Then set the environment variable SDSSQT_DIR to the directory where you install it:
setenv SDSSQT_DIR /home/somewhere/sdssQT
Add $SDSSQT_DIR/bin to your path environment variable:
setenv PATH ${PATH}:${SDSSQT_DIR}/bin
Now you can run the query tool by typing:
sdssQT or sxQT
