Gap Filling using PCA basis

Next, I tried to see how we can use this basis to fill gaps because there of the prevalence of gaps in our data. The figure below shows some representative examples of this exercise. Vectors were chosen at random and gaps were introduced at random. As before, the slope and intercept was removed before filling the gaps.
